Debuff

Tier C Beta

necrobinder

When you find an early Sleight of Flesh or pick one up when you have a Doom deck going

Deal damage while constantly applying Debuffs

Core idea

Sleight of Flesh makes your Debuffs deal damage. Combine this with a good mix of powerful Debuffs, especially multi target ones, and kill the enemy without having to worry about big attacks. Oblivion and Reaper Form can trigger Sleight of Flesh several times in a turn for huge damage.

Support plan

Pick up some defense in the form of Shroud, Death's Door or any defensive debuffs. Cards that affect several enemies (Negative Pulse) or apply multiple debuffs (Deathbringer) work especially well. If pairing with Reaper Form, consider multi-hit or multi-target attacks that may fit with your build - the damage of the cards matters less than applying multiple repeated small hits.

Weaknesses

Test Subject C8's first phase can be daunting, though Reaper Form can help you through this fight. Otherwise, set up your powers and try to use strength down to reduce the damage of its scariest turns. In hallway fights, artifact stacking enemies can be a challenge, but don't be scared to burn through the artifact quickly so you can start dealing damage.
