“Go all in on Crescent Spears”

Core idea

Crescent Spear scales with itself, since it costs stars, making it similar to Perfected Strike as a build. Genesis can help you generate the stars needed to play the cards, and Tyranny can help thin your deck if you have too many star spenders. Exhausted cards still count towards Crescent Spear so don't be afraid to burn star spenders. Royal Stamp is a brilliant find as this deck can get very large, letting you play your Genesis early on. Tyranny's inate upgrade is crucial too. Child of the Stars gives you small consistent block. Cosmic Indifference is particularly powerful here, allowing you to set up your next turn - a Spear for damage, a Glow for star generation, block if a big hit is incoming, etc. The large deck means you usually have a lot of options.

Support plan

It's a good idea to pick up plenty of star generation, especially if you don't have Genesis. Small star spenders like Cloak of Stars help buff your Crescent Spears while providing much needed defense. A bit of Weak can help you survive bigger hits and Vulnerable is always welcome. Any relics that can help with survivability are very welcome here - you have plenty of damage already. The Clone enhancement on an upgraded Crescent Spear can have hilarious results, but be wary that without constantly picking up more star generation you won't be able to play them out. 300 damage per Crescent Strike lets you finish every current Act 3 boss using your starting stars, so if you can amass around 100 cards (6 clones plus a few extra spenders) you just need to have enough health to tank the intangible phase of the Test Subject.

Weaknesses

This deck smashes through smaller encounters leaving you with just a few scratches, but really struggles in longer fights where the enemy can't simply be burst down. The sheer size of the deck can also cause a lot of inconsistency if powers or star generation are at the bottom.
